The Program Implementation Department is the nodal Department for all of development activities in the SEBA. Program Implementation Department function as a liaison body between all branches and the Head office. PID approve all matters relating to formulation of Annual Plan and monitoring its implementations.

Developing Team

Services are a reputable micro credit management company. Currently, the service agency publishes a national-level organization. In order to manage the development and overall activities of the organization, new branch survey, taking any necessary steps for achieving this, if necessary, to take action for identifying the cause of the players, controlling the arrears of the defaulter, and taking legal action against the fraudsters and financially ill-staffed staff and any unauthorized The importance of the development team is crucial for taking action to solve the problem. Initially, a development team was formed with the development of 2 officials of the Head Office, Mr. Mokammel Huq Khan Richard, the Development Officer and Monitoring Officer MM Habib Kanchan. Mokammel Huq Khan Richard will be the head of the team. If the development team works in that branch, as a member of the team, he will join Branch Officer, BM, Additional Officer (if any) and field related AM and ZM If the Jonah Managers are involved in the team, then the manager of the day will lead the respected manager.

Work of development team:
1. For the expansion of new branches, survey of area (attachment-1), office rent (as per the house rent policy), purchase of furniture (according to furniture purchase policy), supply and transmission and the overall action taken for inauguration. Renewal of old office buildings rental contract and change the house if necessary.
2. If there is a lack of action due to the failure of the game and if there is a shortage of activity, take necessary steps.
3. To put in place a strong recommendation to the board of directors through Eddie Credits on the prevention of fraud.
4. To work for the collection and control of the defective branch in excessive defective branches and to fill the information of the unscrupulous member inspected in connection with the second-2, to the copy of the copy of the copy branch, copy the money through 1 copy of ED credit and 1 copy for the follow up. .
5. To implement the program, the role of the branch to fulfill the shortfall and help in the formulation of branch strategies and to advise on the development of the society.
6. Work in the disaster section according to the instructions of the authorities.
7. Identify and remove all disorders and problems including monitoring the work environment of the branch. Develop a development plan and achieve collaborative work for achieving targets directly in the field.
8. Identifying all kinds of financial corruption in the branch and taking steps to take action.
9. To submit a written report to the director’s finance through monthly loan of two (fortnightly and monthly) assistant directors.
10. Approval of the director’s money through the next month’s work schedule, Eddie Credits, on the last working day of every month.

In the context of the current situation of the organization, the first version of the development team policy has been formulated. Due to changing time and circumstances, there may be additions to revision in the policy, which will be published in an appropriate form and in subsequent time the next release will be published. Meanwhile, the policy of the current development team has been made, which is mandatory for everyone to implement.
