The accounting department of SEBA is comtrolling  by The Executive Director. The Executive Director controls the flow of cash through the organization and maintains the integrity of funds; securities and other valuable documents.He is accountable for his works to Executive Committee.He takes direction & advice to the Assistant Director.He is typically the head financial execuitive of SEBA.He oversee the financial strategy and manage the rest of Accounting department.He helps senior Management understand the financial impact of real-time decisions to ensure the fiscal success of the SEBA.
